Of Ivorian origin, Sandra joined the Forum in 2019. Graduated in management from Laval University, she later specialized in human resources. She was involved in the Forum because the integration of Afro-descendants into Quebec society is particularly close to her heart.

She offers her support to the FJAQ for everything related to human resources management.
